These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Chile Vista Stay ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the ChileVistaStay.com website as well as the provision of our hospitality services. By making a reservation or using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking and Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and formal confirmation by Chile Vista Stay. When you place a booking through our website:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
• You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
• A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email containing a valid reservation number.
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking request at our sole discretion.

3. Payment Policies

Prices displayed on the website are in USD (or the selected local currency) and are inclusive of standard local taxes unless otherwise stated. Please note the following regarding payments:

• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
• Depending on the rate chosen (e.g., Non-Refundable vs. Flexible), a partial deposit or full payment may be charged at the time of booking.
• Additional charges incurred during your stay (spa, dining, room service, discretionary services) must be settled in full prior to departure.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We highly recommend reviewing the specific cancellation conditions tied to your chosen room rate during the booking process. General terms include:

• Flexible Rates: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the standard check-in time will incur no charges. Cancellations made after this period will result in a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
• Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings made under a non-refundable rate cannot be modified or canceled without incurring a charge of 100% of the total booking value.
• No-Shows: In the event of a no-show without prior notification, the total cost of the reservation will be charged to the credit card on file, and any subsequent nights will be canceled.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please adhere to our standard operational times:

• Check-in: Available from 3:00 PM local time. Early check-in may be requested but is strictly subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Valid government-issued photo identification and the credit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival.
• Check-out: Required by 11:00 AM local time. Late check-outs must be arranged in advance with the front desk and are subject to availability and additional charges.

6. Guest Responsibilities and Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and respectfully at all times while on the property. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if your behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, or compromises the safety and comfort of other guests or staff. Furthermore:

• Damage: Guests are liable for any damages caused to the hotel property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repairs or replacements.
• Smoking: Chile Vista Stay is a strictly non-smoking property in all indoor areas, including rooms and balconies. A substantial cleaning fee will be applied for violations of this policy.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted unless explicitly arranged prior to arrival as part of a specialized pet-friendly package. Service animals are always welcome.

7. Use of the Website

The content on our website is provided for general information and booking purposes only. You agree not to use the website for any fraudulent, speculative, or false reservations. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape data, or disrupt the website's functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chile Vista Stay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or your stay at the hotel. We do not accept liability for loss of or damage to guests' personal property, except where required by local law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Valparaíso, Chile.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update, amend, or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top. Your continued use of the website or our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
